Payment plan:

Variant 1:
Deposit - 2500 Euro
1st installment - 30% - on concluding the preliminary contract;
2nd installment - 30% -after 2 months;
3rd installment - 30% - after 4 months;
4th installment - 10% - on receiving the notary’s deed.

Variant 2
Deposit-2500 Euro
1st installment – 90% - on concluding the preliminary contract;
2nd installment - 10% - on receiving the notary’s deed.
