Maintenance services:

The maintenance fee for the first year is 10 Euros per square meter and include the following services

• Insurance of all common areas
• 24 hours security

Payment plan:
• 2500 Euros reservation deposit
• 35% due upon signing the preliminary contract
• 35% due four months after signing the preliminary contract
• 30% upon Act 16
